Welcome to Manshila Hospitality. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm any reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability & extra charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours: 90% refund
• 48–72 hours: 50% refund
• Within 24 hours / No-show: No refund

4. Security Deposit & Damages

• Refundable security deposit may be collected.
• Guests must maintain property condition.
• Damages will be charged or deducted.

5. Guest Capacity

• Maximum occupancy: 20 guests
• Extra guests will be charged
• Above 12 years considered chargeable

6. Dining Policy

• Operates on Bed & Breakfast (B&B)
• Breakfast complimentary
• Lunch & Dinner on request (extra charges)

7. Guest Conduct

• Maintain decorum and respect property
• No illegal activities
• Violation may lead to cancellation without refund

8. Property Use

• Only for residential use
• Events/parties require approval

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Not responsible for loss/theft of belongings
• Not liable for accidents or injuries

10. Management Rights

• Terms can be updated anytime
• Management decision final
